Mr. Syby received his BSE (Bachelor in Secondary Education) from Seton Hall University in 1988, MA (Educational Administration & Supervision) from Seton Hall University in 2007.

I worked at Queen of Peace High School (North Arlington) from 1990-2017 as a History Teacher & Vice Principal. I then was the Dean of Students at Cristo Rey Newark High School 2017-2020. I really appreciate the family-atmosphere here at IC, many schools talk about being "like a family" but this school practices what it preaches and this attitude is expressed well by the students.
