Annual Fund
To keep IC affordable for the families we serve, tuition for the 2009-2010 school year is $7,300 but the actual per pupil cost is $9,000. The Annual Fund helps to bridge this gap by providing funding for the every day operations of the school.
Scholarships and Financial Aid
Each year, the number of financial aid applications increases. Currently, 10% of our families meet the national poverty guidelines but we cannot provide financial assistance to households whose yearly income exceeds $29,000.
There are several ways you can help provide financial assistance for current students
Lion Heart Scholarship
Lion Heart Sponsors provide scholarship aid for a specific school year. Recipients of the Lion Heart Scholarship keep sponsors informed of progress during the school year so sponsors see first hand the difference it makes in their lives.
The minimum gift for the Lion Heart Program is $1,000. While any amount over $1,000 is welcome, we suggest the following levels of sponsorship: $1,825, $3,650, and $7,300. Gifts to this fund help subsidize the Valedictorian and Salutatorian scholarships awarded annually to students who graduated 1st or 2nd in their 8th grade class and are a major source of upperclassmen financial aid.

Other Ways to Give
Securities
Gifts of appreciated securities offer support to Immaculate while providing the donor with a charitable tax deduction and a capital gains savings. To make a gift of securities by electronic transfer, please call the Development Office at (973) 744-7445 x 31 for instructions. When calling, please provide the name and number of shares of the gifted security.
Matching Gifts
Gifts to any fund can be doubled and sometimes tripled with a matching gift. Many companies will match your gift or the gift of a spouse through their matching gift program. Please inquire at your company's personnel or community relations office for information on this program.
Honor/Memorial Gifts
Gifts can be made to all funds in memory of or in honor of a loved one. Please let us know the name of the person to be honored or memorialized with your gift.
Planned Giving
An estate plan helps you provide for yourself and the future of your loved ones but it can also leave a gift to your favorite charity. Bequests of all sizes play an important role in making sure that ICHS continues to make a difference in the lives of young people for generations to come.
The 1925 Legacy Society was created to acknowledge the members of the ICHS family that have included the school in their estate plans.

Hall of Fame Dinner
The dinner is sponsored by the Blue Lion Club and the Board of Trustees of Immaculate Conception High School. Alumni and friends of ICHS are honored for their athletic accomplishments, Christian models of piety, charity and selflessness and their extraordinary lifetime achievements at this dinner. Golf Outing
